PACKERHEAD
PURPOSE |
Packerhead is a water-based pallet release agent that has been specifically formulated for concrete pipe producers using packerhead machines.
OTHER BENEFITS |
Packerhead is nonflammable and fully biodegradable. It also is noncorrosive and will not stain your finished product. In addition, this product is nontoxic and has no noxious fumes. Packerhead is especially useful on smaller diameter rings (Note: For larger diameter pipe we recommend Packerhead 1.1). Because it is an effective lubricant, Packerhead will reduce friction between turning parts. Packerhead meets all EPA requirements, including VOC limits for Southern California of 250 g/l. Packerhead has a VOC of zero.
APPLICATION |
For most applications, Packerhead should be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:1 and applied prior to each pour by means of a sprayer, brush or rag.
STORAGE AND AGITATION |
Store this product in areas where the temperature exceeds 45oF and protect from freezing. Shelf life normally is 12 months when stored in a reasonable environment and not contaminated by foreign materials. Occasional agitation is required when stored for a period exceeding 30 days.
