In addition to improving the appearance of your finished product, Ratio Master 1.0 is not sticky and will increase the lubricity of the concrete mix allowing it to fill and better pack in the mold, thereby producing a stronger and less porous product. Ratio Master 1.0 also reduces efflorescence and will allow you to reduce pigment dosages while maintaining the same color scale and uniformity.

The 70ºF air curing condition was chosen to demonstrate the relative acceleration power of the additives without additional heat input.
APPLICATION |
In most applications, Ratio Master 1.0 should be added at the rate of 4 to 25 ounces per 100 lbs (260 to 1,625 ml per 100 kg) of cement. If the aggregate is porous or the cement ratio is low, then more Ratio Master 1.0 will be required. Add the concentrated solution after 80% of the total water is added. Mix for one minute, if possible while continuing to add water to the desired consistency. Do not add this product to the dry cement as this will reduce its effectiveness. Ratio Master 1.0 is compatible with most other additives, however, if you intend to use other admixtures, please contact us at the address/telephone number listed below for consultation.

STORAGE AND AGITATION |
Store this product in areas where the temperature exceeds 45o F and protect from freezing. Shelf life normally is 12 months when stored in a reasonable environment and not contaminated by foreign materials. Occasional agitation is required when stored for a period exceeding 30 days.
